-Process transportation requests from employees to meet the company's business needs.

-Carry out periodic maintenance of operational vehicles owned by the company and vendors so that the vehicles are always in good condition to meet the company's operational activities.

-Coordinate with other divisions in using official cars and assigning drivers for company guests or employees related to company business

-Serving delivery of documents or samples at the request of the relevant department or division

-Coordinate with transportation providers for the providing and service of safe and comfortable transportation on a monthly basis

-Make a complete and accurate monthly bicycle repair report and easily understood by superiors and related parties

-Coordinate with bicycle repair providers regarding the procurement of bicycle spare parts in accordance with the applicable contract

Requirements :

-Diploma 3 Electrical Engineering

-Have 3 years working experience in General Affair especially handling -Vehicle Operation and maintenance.

-Have a knowledge about Electrical Vehicle, maintenance and operation

-Have a good english basic skill

-Computer literate for daily activities.

-Willing to work in Site Office Cilegon
