-Create short and long term business standards and policies
Planning, Supervising and Implementing all Commercial -Activities of the Company
-Managing Company Operation (Production Department, PPIC, RnD, Warehouse, QA), and make monthly reports
-Evaluate SOP to ensure product quality goes well
-Improve eficiency of production facilities
-Achieve business targets
-Ensure customer complaints are handled effectively
