Job Descriptions :
1.Provide customer service support to assigned sales representative by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
2.Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for assigned sales representative and managers.
3.Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
4.Review estimates and invoices for accuracy.
5.Provide customers with information to address enquiries regarding company products. In addition, deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
6.Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
