-Report all activities, problem findings, problem solutions, and problem handling to the Maintenance Manager.

-Create daily, weekly, monthly, semester and annual reports.

-Create, review and ensure work procedures and instructions are implemented.

-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the condition of electrical equipment and control systems and report findings for planned repairs.

-Coordinate with the Operations, Engineering & Quality and Inventory divisions in the equipment/machine maintenance plan to achieve the specified availability.

-Ensuring the implementation of the 5S work system and management system, and SMK3, as well as ISO.

Job Description:

-To be responsible on procedure and working instructions related to HSE, include safety program (safety campaign, safe working permit).

-Manage the HSE team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of HSE and contract governance in line with company policies and procedures

-Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin HSE and operating standards

-Ensure the site is legally compliant in all aspects of HSE and support the Deputy Plant Manager & Plant Manager of the HSE management system.
