Job description:

-Responsible for managing preventive maintenance plan properly.

-Ensuring that the team carry out maintenance of electrical equipment and control systems in accordance with procedures, work instructions and work safety determined by the company.

-Responsible for minimizing down time of electrical equipment/ control system.

-Responsible for supervision, leadership and coaching to train new members and monitor members in their area of responsibility.

-Carry out direct inspections of its members as well as direct inspections of equipment/machines that are being operated to ensure that the inspection results of its members are in accordance with the paper work being done.

-Ensuring work reports are recorded and monitored and well documented and used as a reference in KPI assessment.

-Perform quick repairs to electrical equipment and control systems reported by the Operations team with reference to production targets and minimize down time.
