-Having 6 years of experience with related background

-Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.

-Self-directed, the ability to work independently, and being highly-motivated

-Well versed in computer literate ( Word, Excel, Power point ) and Autocad Drawing

-Good knowledge of Project Management process (i.e. for all phases)

-Good troubleshooting, analysing and Engineering skills.

-Proficient to process data accurately and accurate calculation

-Having basic knowledge of cost, contract, procurement and commercial.

-Familiar with operation/process/maintenance of Utility Plant and equipment (Boiler, compressor , wastewater treatment plant, water treatment plant (filter, soften, demin & cooling water proses))

-Basic awareness of power generation, transmission and distribution and related HV/MV/LV Electrical

-Good Knowledge of Small / Big Maintenance / Project jobs initiation, Planning, justification, cost, scope, benefit and payback period calculations (If it is for Capex Projects within factories) and establishing the results after the completion of the Jobs.
