-Facilitate and evaluate vendor quotation align with design and specification of tools and material required

-Facilitate the project & process safety team by providing comprehensive project control support and planning across all phases of projects. Involve in Budget Preparation, Cost

-Monitoring, Cost Control, reporting, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL & LOPA review.

-Prepare progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, Cost Control, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.

-Review of Basic & Detail Design Engineering activities of all the BOOM & Utilities plants of the Project. Ensure Utility design meet with user requirement

-Define and ensure specification of material and equipment that followed engineering design codes and Safety, Health, Environment Regulation to meet with user requirement

-Manage Project Execution (Mechanical Completion, Commission & Start-up plan)

-Ensure to all vendor to execute job based on work method, SHE Management Plan, and permit that has been agreed.

-Ensure and review the working area is on safe condition and good housekeeping

-Manage BOOM Packages contract

-Develop Operation plan after commissioning (i.e. organization chart & R&R)

3.Works with the Entire Project Team consisting of UOI Operational Team, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, Procurements, SHE, Legal, construction and others. ​
