Tugas dan Tanggungjawab :

-Responsible for definition of product requirement specification and test plan

-Defining, designing, developing, verifying, and supporting the development and production of cost- effective products.

-Coordinate execution of prototypes, evaluate the testing results, and improve the product accordingly

-Specifies and takes ownership for, as well as performing all activities associated with developing products or/and sub-assemblies from their definition phase into production

-Supports innovation, product maintenance, and value engineering objectives.

-Provide technical support for product management in the development of technical literature

-Evaluating design solutions against industry standards and regulations

-Documenting the design process and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders

-Run FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software to verify test results.

-Works well with more experienced Engineering personnel to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in the Manufacturing and Service departments
