-Responsible to prepare all things related to the new employee needed such as data personnel, workstation, name card, nameplate, access IT, office equipment.
-Update the personnel data record (new staff, resigned staff, etc) on soft copy file
-Handle the personnel administration files’ hard copy.

-Handle employee insurance (report a new member / deduct member to Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for internship
-Handle incoming invoice & processing related HRGA. Prepare the payment for supplier/vendor, work with Finance
-Arrange of car pickup and hotel for overseas guests, handle booking air ticket for employee’s travel
-Responsible to manage and supervise security, helper, driver and close coordination with all related vendors

-Performing building maintenance tasks.
-Processing onboarding procedures for new employees, including fingerprint registration and documentation.
Ensuring the probation assessment process and review of employee work contracts are in accordance with the provisions
-Recruitment for internship
-Assisting HR Manager with additional tasks within relevant competencies and contributing to improvement programs (such as workload analysis, culture management, etc).
