-Complete the production tasks of Lamination function, safely and maintain product quality.

-Improve production efficiency and reduce production loss under the premise of quality assurance.

-Participate in the continuous improvement of the laminating machine. Improve and optimize standard operating procedures.

-Participate in World Class Manufaturing projects.

-Complete other work assigned by direct supervisor on time and in quality.

Qualifications:

-Minimum S1 preferred from the Engineering major.

-Minimum 5 years experience as Lamination/ Coating Operator, preferably with experience operating laminator machine, preferred from packaging lamination machine.

-Have good communication skills, able to work with teams and work units that intersect

-Understand and implement the principles of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the work area.

-Demonstrate work responsibilities, be able to develop work plans and priorities as needed, and pay attention to details.
