-Prepare and record financial data (payments, invoices, etc).

-Document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

-Communicate effectively with clients/vendors and supervise payment deadlines

-Manage filing of project costing and accounting related documents

-Reporting to Accounting and Controlling Manager

-Provide accounting and general support activities in the scope of accounting and controlling to the Managers

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in accounting, controlling or related

-Familiar with corporate finance, reporting, data entry management (Business/ERP Software)

-Minimum 2 years experience as accounting or cost controlling

-Experience with project costing, cost controlling, general ledger functions and moth-end/year end close process excellent accounting software user and administration skills

-Good inter-personal communication skills

-Good English (spoken and written) is a must
