5.Posisi: R & D Supervisor - Solvent Based Resin

Responsibilities :

1.Organizational responsibilities :
-Responsible to the Technical Manager.
-The running of all activities in Technical Solvent Based Resin, mainly: Alkyd, Amino, Acrylic Solution, and PU Resin well, including the management of Sub-ordinants.

2.Technical responsibility :
-Meet customer needs technically.
-Matching samples of competitors.
-Conducting research and development.
-Sampling & trial at the customer.
-Monitoring of new products in production.
-Complaint handling.
-Substitution of raw materials.

3.Environmental & OHS Responsibility :
-Manage the Technical which is his responsibility by taking into account K3 and Environmental factors

Requirements :

1.A Bachelor's Degree Chemistry or other majors related to Chemistry.

2.Maximum Age 40 years old.

At least 5 years working experience in R&D Solvent Based Resin, mainly: Alkyd, Amino, Acrylic Solution, and PU Resin.

3.Have knowledge of research and application of Solvent Based Resin, mainly: Alkyd, Amino, Acrylic Solution, and PU Resin.

4.Fluency in English.

5.Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
