4.Posisi: R & D Supervisor - Construction Chemicals

Responsibilities :

1.Organizational responsibilities :
-Responsible to the Technical Manager.
-The running of all activities in Technical Construction Chemicals -Admixture for concrete, precast, and mortar well, including the management of Sub-ordinants.

2.Technical responsibility :
-Meet customer needs technically.
-Matching samples of competitors.
-Conducting research and development.
-Sampling & trial at the customer.
-Monitoring of new products in production.
-Complaint handling.
-Substitution of raw materials

3.Environmental & OHS Responsibility :
-Manage the Technical Construction Chemicals under his/her responsibility with pay attention to K3 and Environmental factors.
-Ensure that every Technical Construction Chemicals personnel understand the aspects and environmental impacts, hazards and OHS risks.
-Ensuring that the important environmental aspects and impacts, hazards and risks of K3 have been carried out control in accordance with applicable regulations.-

Requirements :

1.A Bachelor's Degree Chemistry or other majors related to Chemistry.

2.Maximum Age 40 years old.

3.At least 5 years working experience in R&D Admixture for concrete, precast, and mortar.

4.Have knowledge of research and application of Construction Chemicals Admixture for concrete, precast, and mortar.

5.Fluency in English.

6.Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.

7.Full-Time positions(s) available.
