Duties and Responsibilities

-Manage development timelines and critical paths for assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.

-Oversee sample making process, ensuring samples meet all specifications and requirements

-Manage changes to specifications and construction methods throughout the development process, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all relevant parties

-Conduct fit and wear tests to ensure footwear products meet comfort, functionality, and performance requirements

-Plan and execute project development according to the seasonal critical dates that lead to on–time delivery of sales samples and production confirmation

-Create and maintaining BOM and fulfill development requirements

-Collaborate across cross-functional teams at appropriate times to facilitate process

Qualifications

-Minimum Senior high school in related area of study
1-2 years experience in footwear development or a similar role

-Strong understanding of the footwear development process

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
