JOB DESCRIPTION :

-Provide advice to customers on grade selection, use and processing of LOTTE CHEMICALS TITAN Products.

-To conduct customer trial and raise report.

-Set up and monitor sample delivery system and raise report.

-Provide assistance to customers to help resolve processing of finished product problems and raise report.

-Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances and raise report.

-Identify customer and end-user requirements and recommend development of new or improved products.

-To identify the market acceptance of our product including competitive situation compared to competitor products.

-Take responsibility for selected aspects of the development of new or improved products through trial preparation, customer trial, and product monitoring.
