Main Focus :
-Provide secretarial assistance to the management, especially to Operation and Technical Dept.
-General Reception responsibilities.
-Booking travel arrangement for management and other office/field staff on business travel.
-Maintain all field personnel administrative document, CV and certificates.
-Provide field personnel assignment letter for related project.
-Maintain job number establishment with supervision of Operation Manager.
-Maintain daily log and field personnel leave application.
-Prepare PR/PO as instructed by authorized Operation personnel (Operation Manager, Technical Manager or Project Manager).
-Assist for equipment/freelance personnel utilisation.
-Establish business agreements with parties related to the company's operations.
-Be the point of contact with the client for the company's operational matters.
