Other Focus :

-Updating contact lists & autodial numbers.

-Check the invoice for all hotels, travel & transportation and clearing agents.

-Offer support to Project and HR/QHSE for field personnel data as and when required.

QHSE Duties and Accountability :

-Procedures, instructions and safety standards are complied with at all times.

-Aware of their individual safety responsibilities as required by both the PAGEO Statement of Company Policy and statutory legislation.

-Exercising their Stop Work Obligation to interrupt unsafe acts and unsafe conditions

-All hazards or potential hazards are promptly reported and followed-up.

-Personnel understand their role within the location contingency plans.

-Comply with all procedure, Work instruction and standard applied

-Participate in QHSE Program and Waste Management. implementation, including 3R (reduce, reuse and recycle) program and energy (electricity) saving program.

-Identify any risk and opportunity to improve Company QHSE performance.

-Identify environmental aspect which related to their operation, including its control and monitor, also to do continual improvement based on each scope of work.
