-Act as consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
-Create detailed reports on HR costs.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools.
-Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
-Responsible for all General Affair activity.

Job Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a -Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Human -Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
-Experience in designing compensation and benefit programs
