Responsibilities :

-Carry out routine work and corrective maintenance related to pump motors, compressor motors, and production equipment motors.

-Carry out works related to electricity, cables and controls.

-Coordinate work plans, work programs and work targets (daily & monthly) for electrical maintenance units to subordinates.

-Discussing jobs with Asst. Supervisors and Supervisors to achieve better results.

-Make a report on the results of work in the field to be updated to the maintenance record.

-Make service notes for each electrical equipment after it has been serviced.

-Maintain work equipment to ensure the condition of the equipment ready for use at any time.

-Attend work meetings held by the leadership.

-Foster, maintain the discipline and work order of Maintenance personnel in carrying out their respective functions, obligations and responsibilities & maintain the harmony of maintenance personnel.

-Ensuring the implementation of all Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management programs that have been set by the Company in the Maintenance Department.

-Ensure that each Maintenance personnel understands the environmental aspects and impacts, hazards and OHS risks.
