-Select and order or purchase new equipment, supplies, and furnishings.

-Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required.

-Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.

-Supervises the day to day operations of Engineering.

Key Requirements:

-Diploma or degree in engineering related trades. Along with certification in related fields.

-At least 3 years experiences working as Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer for full-service beach resort hotel or similar capacity in a service industry.

-Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering for beach resort and marine construction

-Good communication skills
