Some of your duties will include :

-Responsible the date base is up to date & accurate in HRIS (New employee, attedance report, leave)

-Maintain employee records & documents, such as new hires, career history, organization chart

-Manage the staff personnel file to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date in a timely and accurate manner. Routinely file documents and ensure files are complete at all times.

Qualification(s) :

-Bachelor’s degree from any major.

-Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience as HR Staff

-Having a good knowledge with HRIS
