Requirement :

1.Minimum 10 years experiences in a manufacturing environment including 5 years of supervisory managerial experience;

2.Knowledge of various industrial manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures;

3.Record of successful managerial experience within a manufacturing or service environment in the valve industry or a related business;

4.Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production and machining operations;

5.Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially for valves : Gate, Ball, Globe, Check Valves.

6.Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential;

7.Experience in reporting on key production metrics;

8.Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
