4.Take full responsibility with users in fulfilling hiring needs.
5.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hire managers.
6.Prepare data for internal and external audit processes.
7.Schedule employee candidates to participate in the selection process by using email, telephone, or other notification media.
8.Coordination with Users for the interview process.
9.Manage work agreements between companies and workers in accordance with applicable company regulations.
10.Documenting data on new employees and supporting documents.
Requirements :
1.Max age 30 years and Bachelor of Psychology.
2.Min 2 years work experience as Recruiter from Food, Drug and Cosmetic Industry.
3.Able to perform psychological tests and interpret the results of psychological tests well.
4.In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
