3.Perform the job assigned based on the guideline & SOP provided

4.Ensure that assigned jobs are carried out effectively, correctly, and customers receives the needed support

5.Work closely with Sales & Operation team to assure customer satisfaction

6.Submit service report in a timely manner

7.Assist the company in other ad-hoc tasks

To be successful in this role, you would require:

1.At least a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, sciences or similar

2.With at least 2 years of hands on experience in handling High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS).

3.Knowledge at 3-MCPD and MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) /MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Carbons) will be in an added advantage

4.Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.

5.Able to travel locally
