-In-depth knowledge of process engineering.

-Working knowledge of process engineering software packages (ChemCad, HYSIS, etc)

-Ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences to optimize or detect abnormal conditions within the process

-The ability to multitask while performing job tasks, without being distracted

-Assist in Process Safety Management, HAZOPs, MOCs, Incident Investigations, and Job Safety Analysis

-Identify and assess safety hazards

-Familiar with local and international design standards as well as applicable Indonesian Law & Regulation.

-Reporting & presentation capabilities.

-Ten (10) years of relevant experience in process engineering, operation and their support systems in chemical, oil & gas and/or petrochemical industries as:

1.Design engineer
2.Plant operation supervisor
3.Commissioning and start up supervisor
4.Process operation, control and evaluation engineer
