-Act as Management Representative in HSE aspects. Any matter related to this function, to report directly to the President Director.

-Manages and ensures that proper HSE System is well implemented in all company area, include site project (such as : OHSAS 18001, SMK3 and its related procedures).

-Implement and measured to ascertains the proper operation of safe working condition, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) requirement and/or regulations;

-Manage the audit and follow up for improvement;

-Manage HSE system data storage in a structured order to ease the reference process in supporting problem solving in timely manner and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.

-Initiates root cause analysis in all HSE aspects that can lead to problem solving, especially on major issues on projects and process/system failures.

-Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility

-Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of it, and reporting.

-Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. Ensure the job safety analysis is developed and effectively implemented.

Job Qualifications :

-Ideally a Bachelor Degree from any major, preferable come from K3 / Public Health.

-A minimum 10 years working experience in steel structure manufacturing industries or relevant industries.
