Responsibilities:

-Assist in the formulation of process standards and train employees to be familiar with and master the standards

-Establish Printing I-point/Q-point, and supervise the production of the machine in strict accordance with the standards

-Through the QA/QM matrix, ensure stable product quality and continuous improvement

-Set monthly/annual waste targets, analyze and improve monthly waste causes.

-Do a good job of quality process control, avoid quality accidents, make in-depth analysis of quality accidents that have occurred, and take preventive measures in time.

-Responsible for the implementation and implementation of the continuous improvement of the quality system and environmental protection system.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or above

-Have more than 5 years of experience as QA Engineer

-Aseptic packaging industry background is preferred

-Understand the process of Printing, Lamination and Slitting
