-Plan, manage, monitor both internal and external regular audit

-Plan, coordinate and direct all regulatory compliance, laboratory, food safety, and quality programs to ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and government requirements and expectations

-Control, compile, update, documentation relating to HACCP, ISO, Halal, SMK3

-Conduct preparation for HACCP, GMP, Halal, SNI, SMK3 and other certification

-Monitoring QC & QA team performance

-Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product

-Create various SOPs and ensure consistency across the different functions in operations

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering/Pharmacist or equivalent from any reputable university.

-Having minimum 8 years experience in the same field especially in food & manufacturing.

-Customer focused and good interpersonal relationship.

-Good analytical thinking and problem solving.

-Having good understanding for Halal, HACCP, SMK3 and CPPOB
