Responsibilities :

1. Organizational responsibilities :

Responsible to the Technical Manager.

2. Technical responsibility :

Meet customer needs technically.
Matching samples of competitors.
Conducting research and development.
Sampling & trial at the customer.
Monitoring of new products in production.
Complaint handling.
Substitution of raw materials.

3. Environmental & OHS Responsibility :

Manage the Technical which is his responsibility by taking into account K3 and Environmental factors
