We are looking for experienced architect who are creative and able to translate customer wants and needs into construction design, as well as being able to think out of the box to get ideas and solutions that can meet customer needs to be part in our company in contract base

Responsibility :

1.Budgeting and coordinating development project

2.Communicate with clients to make buildings according to client needs

3.Ensure project approvals and permits comply with regulations

Qualification :

1.Maximum age is 35 years (by April 30th, 2023)

2.Minimum Bachelor Degree (Min GPA. 3.00)

3.Minimum 1 (one) year work experience in architectural practice and design

4.Good understanding of design process and details

5.Proficient in CAD / Sketch Up / Photoshop / Lumion and 3D applications

6.Adaptive and able to work independently or in a team
