・Daily Operations

・Plan and propose configuration changes to superior and user when there is a request from user or application team.

・Prepare procedure, implement and test for approved the config change. Report the test results to the superiors and user.

・Prepare and execute migration and monitoring on the production server. Report the results to the superiors and user.

・Regularly monitor for system alerts. If any disruption is found or reported by the user, conduct troubleshooting in coordination with the team, users, and vendors.

・Proactively propose for improvements or preventive actions if any issues found in the current system configuration.

・Collaboration/Communication

・Report line is Infrastructure team leader and the manager who is above application and infrastructure team.

・Regularly report the service status of IT infrastructure to the superiors and the user.

・Communicate with the application team for infrastructure related matters (ex. infra related error, resource issue, etc.).

・Help other member(s) in the infrastructure team, not only technically but also to perform better as a team.

・Prepare report documents submit to the superiors or the user in English.

・Report to Japanese.
