*Updating records in Salesforce as Opportunities are closed/invoiced.

*Accounts Payable (entering invoices/creditor batch preparation)
Bank Reconciliation

*Assistance with Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End reconciliations & reporting

*Ensuring that the accounts are always fully compliant with the law

*Ad-hoc tasks (not limiting to Indonesia) which include assisting the Finance Manager with other entities owned by Datamine

Key Skills:

-Fluent in communicating in English & Bahasa

-Ability to work within tight operating deadlines

-Strong understanding of Sales Invoicing process including revenue deferral and debtor management

-Excel knowledge including an understanding of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

-Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP/Salesforce/Foreign Currency would be an advantage

-Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally

-Build & maintain excellent working relationships at all levels

-Must be able to work in a high volume / fast paced environment
