-Support in candidate screening and initial shortlisting
-Management and coordination of candidate interviews scheduling
-Proactively manage the administration and status tracking of pre-employment checks such as medical and background checks
-Coordinate and setup of any candidate assessments including skills and/or psychometric testing
-Support the implementation of TA initiatives and projects
Keep an accurate update on TA related reports assigned to him/her
-Coordinate with third party vendors on progress of pre-employment checks and invoicing
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree from any major
-Preferably someone who has demonstrated 1 -2 years of working experience in similar function from recruitment industry/ corporate TA operations team / shared services will be a plus. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
-Understanding of recruitment processes
-Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Detailed oriented
