Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Arrange the personnel of each cutting machine to carry out orderly production; at the same time, effectively manage the safety of personnel, product quality, output, 5S, this position also responsible to give training for slitting personnel and giving technical support for slitting.
Job Description:
-Analyze production indices and implications, and also adjust the quality issues and troubleshooting
-Calibrate and manage meters/testing machines
-Manage daily production arrangement and personnel management
-Manage and control of 6S cutting class and daily maintenance of equipment.
-Supervise and guide various operating standards for slitting.
-Strictly abide by the safety operation procedures, eliminate the three violations (violation of command, violation of rules and violation of labor discipline), and wear safety protective equipment correctly.
-Fully responsible for the safety production supervision of personnel.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Metal / Mechanical engineering, or equivalent Degree in related field.
-Have work experience in similar industries (Packaging) and have a certain understanding of cutting equipment;
-Experience using high speed cutting machine (1200 M/minutes)
-Have a certain ability to handle exceptions and be able to withstand certain pressures.
