-Visualize a design for appraisal and the transfer of the design
-Develop, confirm and commercialize new products in the most cost effective manner possible
-Maintain and update the Crispin pattern systems to include the hardware, software and the maintenance of component systems already in-house

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Must have footwear engineering experience
-Experience of 3D CAD/Digital creation an advantage
-Ability to manage multiple projects.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people
-Bilingual in English and Indonesia or Mandarin.
