Duties:
-To ensure the recruitment process is conducted properly to fulfill the manpower requirement in accordance to the organization chart and qualification required.
-To ensure the personnels are developed to fill in any gap between the qualifications and job requirement as well as to improve the knowledge and skills in accordance to the respective tasks and responsibility.
-To ensure that coordination and communication within maintenance team is maintained effectively, internally and also externally with other departments and third parties.
-To ensure that all personnels conduct the works with compliance to the safety and environmental regulations.
-To ensure the maintenance procedures and work instructions are available, updated and implemented.
