- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, including call center environment and service operations.
- Essential computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Ability to create and maintain the work schedule for all call center members.
