-Training & people development: Analyze, identify and arrange the training needs of the organization (training needs analysis) and its employees, oversee the training delivery process & evaluate results (training evaluation), and competency matrix.
-Handling & Designing Company’s compensation and benefit package (incentive/awarding), grading system, job evaluation, salary structure
-Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) including employee registration and all related activities
Industrial Relation (conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies)
-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
-Provide support and advice related to internal and external clients matters
-Review contract and company's legal documents
-Responsible in all HR & GA division
-Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangements for operation and other activities (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and related arrangements)
-Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and housekeeping services
-Inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies
-Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels.)
-Keeping the record of office working systems (printers and photocopier, internet connection, telephone billing.).
