-Understand article no. 11 year 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) and article 13 year 2003 about manpower policy in Indonesia, and HR other supported regulation

-Working knowledge of HRIS System will be a plus
Responsibilities :
-Conducting employee recruitment process (job-posting, sorting, Psychotest & interview, offering letter, medical check-up arrangement and prepare employee contract)
-Managing the employee agreement including all related document and controlling employee contract
-Responsible to all HR Administration Activity: (attendance, employee data, headcount, turnover, HRIS, monthly report, WLK, organization chart, performance management, employee relation & communication, employee engagement, and retention)
-Payroll management activities (salary, allowance, income tax and bonus/merit increase/salary range/indirect manpower)
-Design, develop and implementation company procedure & regulations, policy and SOP
-Plan, implement, monitor HR strategy & KPIs following business strategy of Commercial
-Implement employee development initiatives (performance management, talent identification and verification, succession planning, mentoring and coaching) to help develop future leaders of the organization.
