Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, management or specific Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
-Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
-Strong understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, and warehousing operations.
-Experience in managing and optimizing logistics processes in a manufacturing or factory environment.
-Proficiency in using logistics management systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
