Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field .
-Proven work experience as an HC Business Partner in Manufacture for min. 7 years in Manager position.
-Excellent people management skills.
-Analytical and goal oriented.
-Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
-Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
-Strong leadership with excellent communication skills.
-Good in Problem solving skills by using deep analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail and proactive nature.
