Jobs Descriptions:
-Monitor employee performance and attendance activities
Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc
-Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement
-Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
-Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, from reputable university
-At least 3 years of working experience at EPC Contractor is a must
-Experience in handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment
-Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written
