-Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business contacts, vendors and relations.
-Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies.
-To be intermediary information with the vendor management.
Help organize company events, employee gathering, or any employee engagement activity.
-Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
-Support any ad hoc administration task as needed in an accurate and concise manner
-Work with other team members and build successful relationships throughout the organization

Education & Language:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (E)
Fluently in English (E)
Experiences & Skills:
(E): More than 3 years’ experience as a general administration staff for 10-20 members.
(E): Well versed in petty cash calculation, reimbursement, and reporting data input
(E): Company car include driver management
(E): Knowledge and experience with efficient internal office communications, including an efficient filing system
(E): General Affairs work (Office, facility, member’s residence management and other basic GA works)
(E): Attendance management
(E): Work with other departments and vendors.
(E): Supporting company's document.
(D): Understand Work permit and immigration matters
(D): Demonstrate openness and respond positively to feedback
(D): Work experience at Japanese company.
