-Arranging logistics and preparing administrative (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, working permit);
-Maintaining records of all related documents (invoices, receipts, claim reimbursement, petty cash) to be submitted to the Finance at Jakarta Office.
-Manage attendance report tracking (e.g. record sick, personal leave or maternity leave)
-Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (filling, printers, scanner, photocopier, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner.
-Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business contacts, vendors and relations.
-Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies.
-To be intermediary information with the vendor management.
-Help organize company events, employee gathering, or any employee engagement activity.
-Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
-Support any ad hoc administration task as needed in an accurate and concise manner
-Work with other team members and build successful relationships throughout the organization
