Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for Junior IT Project Manager to join our IT Development Team. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and completing the project on time within scope. You will also be responsible for set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Also, prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
Your Responsible:
- Directs and manage end to end process of the project and the team
- Facilitates communication between project team and project owner in daily basis
- Scheduling project milestone, management, and delegation of the project task
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity
- Ensures project issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved
- Compile periodic project reports to be given to project owner
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (functional requirements documents, business requirement documents, use case document and minutes of meeting documents)
