-Monitor daily the accomplishment of the production plan, both in blending and in filling
-Monitor weekly the performance of the blending and the filling lines (real output vs theoretical daily output)
-Coordinate with PPIC to increase production efficiency (minimize changes of format in the filling lines, target bigger batches when possible)
-Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure optimum status of the assets (filling lines, metallic filters, disposable filters, and blending equipment)
-Monthly reporting: Total volume (ton) by brand. Blending, filling, and bulk loaded.
Cultural change: Be a leader on the transition from manual blending to the automated DCS which has recently been implemented.
