• Collect, challenge and structure requirements to business process change, participate in implementation.

• Training the new KU (Key User).
• Knowledge management and documentation of business process
• Create and own governance for business process changes.
• Align changes between different business process.
• Innovation and know-how implementation
• Implementation of existing best practices
• Create and own roadmap of business process changes and ensure respective roadmap exists in IT
• Participate in incident management and be an escalation point from KU (Key User)
• Ensure integrity and validity of system data (both master data and operational data)
