-Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
-Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
-Oversee and coach employees.
-Ensure the safe use equipment and process production and also schedule regular maintenance.
-Check production output according to specifications.
-Submit reports on performance and progress.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
-Train new employees on how to safely use machinery, equipment, process production and follow procedures.
-Enforce strict safety guidelines and company regulation.
-Participate in Team activities to meet identified goals.
-Support Production Manager in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment and other resources.
Requirements :
-A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering.
-Prior experience as a process leader and implementing productivity tools.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant with various product types.
-Ability and willingness to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion.
-Problem-solving skills.
-Advanced skills in MS Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint).
-Organizational and leadership abilities.
-Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
-Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
-Fluency in English.
