Responsibilities :
1.Manage production team to achieve the performance target in term of safety, plant reliability, product availability, plant efficiency and production cost.
2.Identify, justify and introduce productivity improvement through replacement/modification of equipment/process in collaboration with other sections/department.
3.Implement Best Operating Procedure for all aspect in correlation with ISO 9000, 14000 and 45000.

Requirements :
1.A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
2.Fluency in English.
3.Have knowledge in production management and chemical processing/production.
4.Have a good leadership and communication skill.
5.Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
6.Full-Time positions(s) available.
7.At least 10 (Ten) years working experience in chemical plant.
