3.Posisi: Organic Chemist (NPD)
Responsibilities :
1.Excellent knowledge in organic synthesis.
2.Conducting research activities starting from study of literature to the design of the research process.
3.Designing research processes which include synthesis routes, materials, hazards, variables, material balances, time-tables .
4.Discussing research results to optimize research strategies in order to obtain better yields and ease of application in manufacturing.
5.Doing a lab trial independently.
6.Develop a quality control method for raw materials and product that are being developed by the NPD team, to prevent out of spec products from being produced.
8.Record all research activities and make reports in a structured and systematic way in digital format.
